This was the point I was trying to make, though Ron made it much more clearly than I. Telling OSW counterparts that unity is OK if we get rid of all their weird words (and ours, but where do you think the majority of respondents find the "weird" ones). Reminds me of states (AZ being one) where citizens pay for stadiums etc by enacting a tax on rentacars and hotel rooms because of course it's not a tax increase if it's a tax on someone else.
