So you sacrificed 17 to try for the free turn. I'd have to be 50% sure opponent was going to challenge(assuming 0% chance opp will challenge TENORITE). Given that you probably had bingos all over the board with that rack, opponent was foolish to challenge. If you know opponent so well that you think opponent will challenge foolishly, it's brilliant. If not, it may be an error. If you're behind, also, there is something to be said for what may well be a one-way s-hook. With no prior information, it's probably true that opponent would think nemertine an adjective. And if they're challenge happy, there's more equity. Maybe lower the 50% number to 25, depending on how many S's are left. And, yes, I'm a little scared that I'm reading through all these emails.
